Daily Outfit

Top - Stella, Skirt - Boo Radley, Purple Tights - Voodoo, Purple Shoes - Novo, Purple star earrings - Chinatown, Black Angora gloves - Vintage from Nana.

Given that it seems to be the thing to do in fashion blog land, I thought I'd give the monotone shoes and tights thing a go. I think I would have preferred them in royal blue, but I don't own any royal blue shoes (yet). I actually rather like this look, but I was feeling a little Violet Beauregarde.

With all this posing going on Miss Lola decided to get in on the action and take advantage of the little sunshine we have.

nay'chelle: I just fell in love with the colour of that top. I think it is destined to be a new favorite.
Cybill: Thank you, it did make me happy.
Betsy: She is that, and very naughty too.
Fashion addict: Yes, it helps her get away with all kinds of mischief.
Times of Glory: What a lovely compliment, I so enjoy reading your blog too. I'm pretty sure that the skirt is an Australian designer, I can't seem to find much in the way of links for it though.

The royal blue is a very good color for you! It's fall for you now, but our fall collections (American designers) are coming out with blue/purple combos....so you're ahead of the curve again!

You NEEEED to get some royal blue shoes though, I love that colour for shoes.

Lovely all round on your outfit. I adore Boo Radley things with all their interesting details and unique drapery, and your skirt is a perfect example ;)

Tizz: I'll be out hunting for them the moment I have a minute to spare.
Fleur: Thanks for stopping by! I love seeing Fedora Lounge friends here. :)
Nadine: Actually it was your red on red combo that inspired me!
Danielle: I love their pieces, they are hard to find online though.
Enc: I love gloves, and was lucky enough to inherit a box of ten lovely new/vintage pairs from my Nana recently.
K.Line: Thank you. :)
Cait: I can imagine these colours on you too.

I gotta say as this tone on tone action and my beloved shoes get lost...as usual you look scorching, but this one's not for me!

if you'd stepped back any further, you'd have toppled off the edge of your ...balcony. Ahh!
the gloves are a nice touch and the detailing in your skirt makes me want to take a closer look.

Violet and blue is my ultimate favourite combo....

Wendy B: I get that so much. Perhaps I should go into the look alike business to make my fortune. :)
Lil Puch: It's love.
Imelda:Yeah I had the feeling of the disappearing shoes, but then again it made it feel more like I had on thigh high purple boots - which I am yet to find.
A Dreamer: I would have, a little scary design work there. the skirt is fabulous, I'll post some close ups next time it comes out.
Susie Bubble: It is rather a lovely combo, something about it makes me hungry for berry pie though.
