Daily Outfit

Outfit details: 1940's vintage cardigan - Circa Vintage, Black lace ruffle top - Entrace, Skirt - SES, Shoes - Hot Options

Today and for the next few days, I' be spending my days painting in a bid to get this bedroom makeover finished. So I will be covered in splatter, overalls and a head scarf, which means that my daily outfit will be of very little interest. (If you're really lucky you might just get a shot of the trades woman at work). But I did put down the paint brush this evening to head out for a short while, opting for something simple and warm. So it was on with my favorite cardigan and ten minutes of hot rollers, et viola!

I'm going to give all my Melbourne friends a heads up if you're looking for something to do tomorrow night. If you are up for a little burlesque in the name of a good cause, get along to Sugar Kitten Cabaret. The first burlesque variety night raising much needed funds for The National Breast Cancer Foundation. This evening of entertainment and altruism can be found at Level 2, Eurotrash Bar (Gallery Room) on Friday 19 September from 9pm until late. But hurry, there are only a few tickets left to be had . More details here.

Looking so pretty as usual! It would take a lot more than ten minutes to get me looking human after doing DIY!

We'll see you tomorrow night at the Sugar Kitten Cabaret: Circa is one of the sponsors - it's wonderful to be able to support the events you want!

Skye: There was a bit more time involved, it was only the hair that took ten. Getting the paint off my nails took much longer. :)
Frou frou - Still unsure if I'll make it tonight as the Mr is in need of some TLC.
indie-Queen: Thank you.
Tara: Oh that's lovely, thank you for making me feel special.
Kelly: That's so sweet. It must be good lighting. ;)
Kittymeow: And a complete bargain at $20!
Hammie: They really are an amazing network.
Bucca: October is breast cancer awareness month so there are bound to be all sorts of great events in the name of a good cause.
Lady Smaggle: The one and only Target brand indeed. I picked them up around Easter time for $20! Occasionally they surprise me.

You look stuning here, especially that first pic! Your hair looks so beautiful.

I have always wanted to go see some live burlesque ( I'm a huge Dita fan ) but never have...we should do that sometime :)

Good luck with your painting, I'm impressed you are doing it yourself...is there anything you can't do?!

And thank you for tagging me! I am hopeless with tags but I will endeavour to give it a go xxx

Have we discussed your eyebrows yet? You should give a seminar on them!!

Porcelain Blonde: We will definitely have to take in some burlesque together.
Alicia: I feel naked without them!
Chloe: Oh thank you.
Sister Wolf: Actually no. I have a very high regard for eyebrows as an art form, and they are not to be messed with by novices.
